According to latest research conducting on 25000 physicians, 15% physicians are drinkers in America.

16 Killed in Bomb Blast:

In Peshawar at a wagon stand, 16 persons died and 50 were injured in a remote control bomb blast. Chief Minister has announced compensation to families of deceased whereas police and security agencies are tracking terrorists.

180000 Pakistanis Bound to Hajj:

Federal Ministry of Religious Affairs has asked 10% more quota for Pakistanis Hajjis for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Pakistanis are rich people and can mobilize funds for poverty alleviation.

46 Citizens Killed in Syria:

A Plane Crash:

Adopt A Drug Addict:

Drug addicts are present in every city of Pakistan especially in Lahore and Karachi. Still Pakistan Statistics Bureau has to measure Drug-Free Cities of Pakistan. Daily 10 Minutes requests Anti Narcotics Force and USAID to design and launch “Adopt A Drug Addict” campaign in Pakistan. Every graduate student will be asked to adopt a drug user until his or her complete rehabilitation and will be given cash prizes.

Amnesty to Baloch Leaders:

Federal Government has given amnesty to Baloch leaders. Fifteen thousand youth will be offered internship at Rs.15000 per month. Baluchistan National Party has reservations for the government’s action.

Best INGO in Pakistan:

There are more than 100 international non government organizations are working in Pakistan since long. Government of Pakistan should recognize their services by annually awarding these certificates or medals. Criteria can easily be developed. Hopefully PID will take notice of this proposal.

Person Of The Year 2011:

Syed Tahir Abbas Hanfi, a resident of Bari Imam Colony, congratulated Sheik Sajed Imtiaz for receiving Person of The Year 2011 title from the Time magazine verified by Codepink. He requests Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif to give cash prize to Sheik Sajed Imtiaz, the first Pakistani to receive this prestigious international title.

Personality – Khawaja Abdus Salam:

He was a simple and honest man from Deryaabad, Rawalpindi. He was strict disciplinarian and took special interest in modern education of his family members. He worked for Brooke Bond and never took any penny as bribe. At the age 60, Kashmiri Abdus Salam was active and performed religious rituals regularly. Though a white collar man yet he did not perform Hajj in his life time. He was a mystic and truly a great saint like Sheik Abdul Qadir Gillani. He lives in living memories of his lovers in Rawalpindi.

Protest by NADRA Employees:

Contract employees of NADRA protested in front of Parliament building in Islamabad and asked for regularization of jobs. Government assured them to regularize them.

Sandori Lal Corner:

Sandori Lal was a Sheik by caste. He departed some 600 years back. In his shrine, there are graves of Sheik Baba and Bannu Baba. Sandori Lal was a distant disciple of Sheik Abdul Qadir Gillani. Newly wed couples visit the shrine for getting blessing of saint. Nasar Deen is custodian of the shrine.

Two U.S. Choppers Crashed:

In Arizona, two helicopters AH1W and UH1Y crashed thus 7 marines died. U.S. Air Force is investigating the matter.

US-Pak Relations:

A U.S. Delegation head by David Dreir met with members of parliament. They discussed matters like Free Trade Agreement and Monitoring of Funds of NGOs. PML Secretary Information, Kashmala Tariq, said that government bench did not raise issues of Salala Check Post, NATO supply, Drone Attacks and burning of Quran in Afghanistan with US delegation.
