7th National Women Cricket Championship:

ZTBL won the championship from Higher Education Commission in Islamabad. ZTBL team made 331 runs in 50 overs. Miss Nain Abidi got title of Woman of the March.

FMCP Demands ISO-18006:

Minister First Mennonite Church of Pakistan, Younas Shahbaz finds that workers of printing presses in Islamabad and Rawalpindi are facing toxic gases for 10-12 hours daily. He said that ISO-18006 must be made mandatory on all organizations having 50 employees.

Personality – Obaidullah Toheedi:

He hails from Wazirabad and 57 years of age. He is a prolific Punjabi poet and his books such like “Suraj Wich Hanair” and “Chenab Day Kanday” are under publication. He is student of Moulan Attiqur Rehman and likes works of Bhullay Shah and Syed Waris Shah. One of his poems is “Kkhusran Di Larai” that has got appreciation from literacy circles of Gujrat and Jehlum. He finds Syed Zameer Jafri and Anwar Masud as best humorous poets of Pakistan. He is translating Koran in Punjabi poetic form for readership of people. He has translated 6 chapters in 75 days. He thinks that in one year he would be able to complete the translation. One of his close friends is Abdul Khaliq Butt, Bureau Chief of Daily 10 Minutes for Wazirabad. Oxford University Press and Ferozsons Publications are requested to finance the Koran in Punjabi Poetry work.

Chief Justice of Pakistan addressed that there is no provision in constitution for environment protection. Government should enact laws for bright future of Pakistani nation. Conference was held in Islamabad for two days.
