Pakistan Institute of Development Economics has advertised jobs of grade 17 to 20. Applicants are required to deposit non-refundable Rs.2000 draft for single position. Unemployed are worried over the procedure as they may apply for more than one position. PIDE is requested to receive applications and cut Rs.2000 after selection of the candidate.

Microsoft's IllumiShare:

Research unveiled a jaw-dropping technology at TechForum 2012 that lets people interact with physical objects remotely. IllumiShare features a lamp-like peripheral device that projects light onto a desktop. Anything that appears within the lighted space is projected onto the analogous space of a fellow IllumiShare user. This setup allows users to interact with any physical object within the spaces: Think a chess game played with real pieces with someone across the world, or tutoring sessions with real ink and paper.

Pak-Iran Gas Pipeline Project:

Despite of criticism from U.S. Administration, Iran and Pakistan are ready to undertake the project. Tender has been fairly granted to a German company, ILF Engineering. The project will cost $120 million. FPCCI and people are pleased with the project.
