Interview – Obaidullah Toheedi:

He hails from Wazirabad and 57 years of age. He is a prolific Punjabi poet and his books such as “Suraj Wich Hanair” and “Chenab Day Kanday” are under publication. He is student of Moulan Attiqur Rehman and likes works of Bhullay Shah and Syed Waris Shah. He lives a simple life. He is translating Koran in Punjabi poetic form for readers. Sometimes he translates at his general store, Friend Traders. He has translated 6 chapters in 75 days.
